L’année passée, j’avais lu Vegan Freak: Being Vegan in a Non-Vegan World (très intéressant au demeurant) et, de là, découvert le blog et le podcast de Bob & Jenna Torres. C’est par ce chemin que j’ai entendu parler de ce livre. Pour tout avouer, j’avance lentement – ne serait-ce que parce que dernièrement je mène une vie de folie et que les seuls moments où je peux lire un peu je n’ai pas forcément envie de me plonger dans des lectures intelligentes…(!) Mais, du moins au début du livre, je trouve l’approche très intéressante, pour ne pas dire carrément sensée. À suivre de près, en espérant réussir à avancer de plus de trois pages par semaine !
